For purchases over $1,000,000.00 the fee will be $1,450.00 plus $90.00 for each additional $100,000.00 or portion thereof.

For refinances over $1,000,000.00 the fee will be 50% of the scheduled escrow fee plus tax.

Courier Fees:	$30.00 each package (includes sales tax)
After hours signing:	$50.00  plus tax

All cancelled escrows will be subject to a cancellation fee plus sales tax and reimbursement for expenses.

Pacific Coast Escrow reserves the right to adjust the escrow fee to compensate for work incurred or additional expenses.
